Aah Spring

Happy Easter everyone! And happy birthday MaryEllen!!! April always makes me think of this . . .

Compliments of my sis: a shining example of the most beautiful season in my home town.

And then we have this:

The joke that April brings every year to our northern home.
Regardless of April's cruel jokes, we do our best to fill our Springs with sunshine.

A big, toothy smile from today's #1 gal . . .

The girls laughing as we bike home from the very cold community Easter Egg Hunt . . .

And the sweet truth that Jesus died so that we could overcome sin and death, and that He lives. That because He lives, we can live again. There is life after death, and we get to spend eternity with our wonderful families.
That is the brightest ray of sunshine of all. We hope the truth of Christ's life lights your Spring too, wherever you live.

Happy Easter!

January Visiters

We had lots of wonderful visiters and help moving in January. Dan and Nashelle spent their holiday weekend dusting walls and shampooing carpets. Thanks Guys.

And Eric and Callie came for moving day. "The Girls" came to say, "hi."

Here's a shot of Jill, MaryEllen, Ariana, and Sadie piled onto the couch in our old place. How sweet.

But not for long. Girls just want to have fun!!!

That's a Wrap

MaryEllen has gotten to ride around a lot as we've unpacked and cleaned house. Jill decided that babies on backs are the way to travel.

And this is what happens when you ask Jill to "say cheese" too many times.

Once again, bringing you Christmas in February

Thank goodness I'm not a department store, and I don't have the responsibility of getting you ready for the holidays. Thank goodness I have the wonderful pleasure of celebrating with you and keeping the merry feeling of Christmas in your life as long into the new year as I possible can manage.

And what a merry year it was for us.

MaryEllen loves Christmas. She loves everything, but she expecially loved this.

As you can see!

Jill received some lovey hairbands from Santa with the thought that maybe her mother could learn something new this year. She is much better at getting them out than I am at getting them in.

This was the only part that was a little troubling to little miss ME. She couldn't figure out why I kept handing her brightly wrapped packages that she knew she wasn't supposed to touch.

Santa was very good to us this year. He brought a grocery cart full of play food & a table a chairs to eat at.

We hope you ate well this Chirstmas. We sure did.
